Enhanced Security for FileneFCU Online
Coming Soon, FileneFCU has changed the way you sign in to FileneFCU Online to better safeguard the privacy and security of your personal information.

This new feature strengthens the security of your login while providing peace of mind to you. It’s called Multifactor Authentication and helps to protect against online fraud by providing an additional authentication “factor” beyond the username and password.

You will use a secure Image and Phrase to sign into FileneFCU Online. Here's how works:

You will enter your Username and click the Login button. On the next page, your Image and Phrase will be displayed. If you recognize your Image and Phrase, you will know that you can safely enter your Password. If you do not recognize your Image and Phrase when you sign in, you will know this is not a valid FileneFCU site and you should not enter your Password.

Your personalized Image and Phrase combination will verify to you that you are actually at the secure FileneFCU Online site.

The first time you use this enhanced security feature, you will be prompted to select your personalized Image and Phrase combination before signing on to Online Banking. You’ll then register your computer to serve as a second authentication “factor.” You’ll also be prompted to select three Challenge Questions and Answers.
