At a special meeting held on March 27, 2012, our members approved the merger of Filene Federal Credit Union with Webster First Federal Credit Union. As of this date Filene FCU will be known as Filene Federal 'a division of Webster First Federal Credit Union'.

 

By combining forces with Webster First, we will be able to support and enhance the offerings to our members by providing them with all the products in demand today, as well as the convenience of additional branch locations throughout Eastern and Central Massachusetts.

We would like to inform all members that online Bill Pay will be unavailable beginning Friday, June 29 at 12 AM and Online Banking will be unavailable beginning Saturday, June 30 at 12 AM in order to accommodate the merger with Filene Federal Credit Union. Both Online Bill Pay and Online Banking will again be available Monday, July 2 at 12 AM. We recommend that you complete any necessary transactions before or on Thursday, June 28.
